This meaningful program is organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thanh Sen ward in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee.
The program aims to celebrate the success of the 13th National Youth Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031; towards the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27).
At the program, subjects who are people with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families and people in difficult circumstances in Thanh Sen ward were tested, screened, ultrasoned, electrocardiogram... and given free medicine by doctors and nurses of Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital, MEDLATEC health system.
Here, 30 cases in difficult circumstances were given cash by the organizers with a total value of 15 million VND (each gift worth 500 thousand VND); participants in the program were also given free medicine and in-kind items with a total value of nearly 15 million VND.
