Accordingly, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee decided to establish an inspection team to inspect compliance with discipline and administrative discipline at agencies, units and localities in 2025. The delegation has 9 members, led by Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Ms. Le Thi Thu Thao.
The inspection team is responsible for developing a plan and organizing an inspection of compliance with discipline and administrative discipline according to regulations. The specific tasks of each member are assigned by the head of the delegation. When necessary, the inspection team can invite additional civil servants and public employees of a number of other agencies and units to join the inspection team.
The inspection team is allowed to use the seal of the Department of Home Affairs, use official vehicles to perform tasks during the inspection process and dissolve themselves after completing their tasks.
In 2024, the delegation conducted an inspection of compliance with the directives of the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee on discipline and order in state administrative agencies at all levels; inspected compliance with legal regulations on public ethics, communication culture, code of conduct, compliance with working hours of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, etc. Thereby pointing out many limitations that need to be overcome.
In January 2025, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting agencies, units and localities to urgently and strictly implement the directives on compliance with discipline and administrative discipline of the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee.
Strictly handle personal responsibility and related responsibilities for heads of agencies, units and localities with cadres, civil servants and public employees under their direct management who commit harassment and cause inconvenience in handling administrative procedures directly related to people, organizations and businesses.
At the same time, it is required that heads of agencies, units and localities are responsible for implementing regulations for the work of organizing the apparatus, effectively using the payroll and the number of assigned employees.
Strengthen inspection, examination and supervision of compliance with discipline and administrative discipline. Regularly conduct internal inspections and increase surprise inspections in 2025 and the following years; take strict measures to handle violations.
