On February 20, in Hanoi, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a conference to announce decisions to establish inspection teams in 2025 for the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee.
Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Investigation Team No. 190 (inspection team with the National Assembly Party Committee); Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man, Head of the Investigation Team No. 1910 (inspection team with the Government Party Committee), co-chaired the conference.
At the conference, the Politburo and the Secretariat's Inspection Team announced the Decision to establish an inspection team No. 1910, the Inspection Plan for the Government Party Committee and the Decision to establish an inspection team No. 1908, the Inspection Plan for the National Assembly Party Committee.
The inspection aims to grasp the situation, inspect, urge and guide a number of key topics of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025.

According to the Government Portal, speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man pointed out that relevant agencies need to thoroughly grasp and fully implement the purposes, requirements, and contents of the Central's regulations and instructions, ensuring compliance with time requirements; closely follow the content and requirements of the inspection in accordance with the Politburo's plan.
The inspection needs to be democratic, objective, serious, effective, practical, avoiding formal forms, in accordance with the Party's principles and regulations and the inspection process of the Politburo and the Secretariat; the inspection and exchange process must be truly objective, frank, complete, accurate, raising awareness of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected party organizations; accurate, objective, concise, general, clear, focused and clear reports.
The final result is after checking and correctly assessing the advantages, results, limitations, and shortcomings (if any) of the Party Committees in the inspection contents; discovering new problems, synthesizing creative and effective approaches, problems, difficulties, and slow-moving tasks.
In particular, it is recommended to recommend and propose to relevant agencies to promptly lead, direct, guide, resolve arising difficulties and problems, and replicate good, creative and effective models and methods.
The inspected units closely coordinated, created conditions, provided complete and timely records and documents during the inspection process; proactively arranged appropriate working hours for the inspection team to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The Party Committees directly under the Party organization are promptly inspected, self-inspected, and reported synthesized according to the requirements of the Inspection Team.
The Prime Minister noted that the inspection must cover the contents as required, and the economic sector alone needs to pay more attention to issues related to waste prevention, especially projects that are backlogged and prolonged.
