On April 5, Major Tran Van Hai - Head of the Youth Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Police said that the youth of the unit had just won high prizes at the photo and logo design contest to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026) and the 70th anniversary of the tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security (1956 - 2026), organized by the Youth Committee of the People's Police.
Accordingly, in the photo contest content "Proud of the youth of the People's Police", the youth of Quang Ngai Provincial Police excellently won the Second Prize with the work "Bamboo Bridge of Affection - Overcoming Rain and Floods, Connecting the Beat of Love".
Recounting the moment of the photo, Major Tran Van Hai said that the prolonged heavy rain in November 2025 caused serious landslides on the road to K'tia hamlet, Ken village, Ba Vi commune (Quang Ngai), causing people's travel and daily life to be cut off and encounter many difficulties.
On the morning of November 18, 2025, when the rain had not stopped, the youth of Quang Ngai Provincial Police quickly mobilized manpower, coordinated with local people to urgently build a temporary bamboo bridge to reconnect the landslide route. In just one morning of urgent, responsible and determined labor, the meaningful bamboo bridge was completed, promptly helping people travel safely in the rainy and flood days.
Bamboo bridge spans not only connect the two banks, ensuring travel for people but also contribute to connecting human solidarity, spreading the spirit of mutual affection in the community, and fostering people's trust in the people's police force," Major Tran Van Hai emphasized.
After more than 2 months of implementation, the photo and logo design contest in the youth of the people's police force has attracted the attention and participation of a large number of officials, union members, and youth inside and outside the people's police force. There are more than 200 photo entries and 55 logo design entries sent to the Organizing Committee.
Summarizing the contest, in the photo contest content "Proud of the People's Police Youth", the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 3 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes and 5 Consolation Prizes; in the logo design content, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes and 3 Third Prizes to outstanding authors and groups of authors.
