With the spirit of "Where youth are needed, there are, what is difficult, there are youth", activities in "Youth Month", "Border March" this year are widely deployed by the youth of the provincial armed forces towards grassroots levels. Agencies and units under the provincial armed forces have mobilized more than 2,200 turns of officials, union members, and youth to participate in volunteer activities.

Highlights are the peak campaigns "Volunteering to join hands in building new rural areas" and "Green Sunday". Soldiers and local forces participated in repairing 5 km of concrete roads; building 2 new box culverts to bring water into the fields; building more than 2 km of inter-village and inter-commune concrete roads; cleaning about 7 km of beaches; renovating 11 commune-level martyrs' cemeteries; repairing 3 kindergartens, 1 provincial-level historical site; organizing environmental sanitation in all barracks, training grounds, and training grounds.
Senior Lieutenant Le Tuan Buu - Assistant for Mass Mobilization, Provincial Military Command said that the activities in this year's Youth Month are all aimed at practical efficiency, linking the responsibility of union members and youth with the tasks of the unit and the needs of local people.
In addition to projects and youth work, the youth of the provincial armed forces also actively participate in social security activities. In mid-March, cadres and youth union members of the provincial armed forces and women's union members directly cooked and distributed 200 meals to patients at the Provincial Mental Hospital. These specific actions contribute to fostering the military-civilian relationship to be more strong.
Not only towards the community, this year's Youth Month is also an opportunity to ignite the spirit of dedication, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere in each officer and soldier, especially new soldiers.
At BB887 Regiment and BB990 Regiment, the "Comrades' Birthday" activity is organized in a warm and close atmosphere. Art performance programs serving new recruit training also contribute to enriching spiritual life, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the unit. Thereby, encouraging morale, helping young soldiers become more attached to the unit, and feel secure in studying and training.
Through emulation movements, many models at agencies and units such as "Numbered Soldiers", "Numbered Youth Unions", "No Youth Union Members or Youth Violating the Law and Discipline"... continue to be effective. Thereby, contributing to raising the awareness of self-awareness in studying, training, discipline compliance and responsibility of the youth of the provincial armed forces.
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Ngoc Trieu - Deputy Head of Politics Department, Provincial Military Command shared that the activities in Youth Month 2026 clearly demonstrated the spirit of responsibility and pioneering of the youth of the provincial armed forces. At the same time, it contributed to building a comprehensively strong unit, spreading the beautiful image of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the hearts of the people.
