It is known that DICERA has completed the transfer of 99.68% of Tri Holdings' charter capital with a total value of VND 428.6 billion, thereby officially being the project investor.
The project has a total investment of VND 1,880.5 billion, deployed on a land area of 6,138.6 m2, 156.6 m high with 40 upper floors, a total of 688 apartments.
Currently, the project is using the legal name "Hoa Lan Thuan Giao Apartment Complex" according to the investment documents and related legal procedures, and has not announced the official commercial name. The commercial name will be announced by DICERA at an appropriate stage in the near future.
The project is expected to be implemented in about 3 years. By early 2029, it will be completed and the apartment can be handed over to customers.
The project aims to serve a group of customers who are local people, experts, and young workers working in the dynamic industrial - service development area of Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.
