    On November 21, Binh Hoa Commune Police (An Giang) announced that the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police had issued a decision to prosecute the accused and issued an arrest warrant to temporarily detain Tran Cong Hao Hiep (born in 1985, residing in Binh Hoa Commune, An Giang Province) to investigate the act of "Illegal use of drugs".

    Previously, on October 11, 2025, while patrolling and controlling in Binh Hoa Commune Police, they discovered that Tran Cong Hao Hiep was suspected of illegally using drugs, so they invited Hiep to the headquarters for a drug test.

    The results of a quick test showed Hiep to be positive for drugs. According to the management records, Hiep is a subject of post-rehabilitation management.

    Currently, the Investigation Police Agency is continuing to investigate and clarify, handling according to the provisions of law.
