During the investigation of the gambling case that occurred on September 14, in Ngu Que village, Cam Binh commune, Ha Tinh province, the Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province Police prosecuted 4 more defendants, applying the measure of prohibiting them from leaving their place of residence for gambling.
The defendants prosecuted include: Nguyen Duy Nam (born in 1979, residing in Ngu Que village, Cam Binh commune); Bui Nam Son (born in 1979, residing in Dong Ha village, Cam Binh commune); Duong Van Truong (born in 1990, residing in Nam Van village, Dong Tien commune, Ha Tinh province); Phan Ngoc Tu (born in 1987, residing in Nam Van village, Dong Tien commune).
Previously, on September 14, the working group of Cam Binh Commune Police discovered a group of subjects in the yard of Nguyen Duy Nam (born in 1979, Ngu Que village, Cam Binh commune) playing cards for money.
The working group made a record, brought the exhibits, vehicles and related people to the headquarters of Cam Binh Commune Police for verification and clarification.
During the investigation and verification process, Cam Binh Commune Police identified the subjects including: Duong Van Phuong (born in 1994), Nguyen Van Luan (born in 1982), all residing in Dong Tien Commune, Ha Tinh Province; Phan Van Hai (born in 1984), Le Van Manh (born in 1969), Nguyen Duy Trong (born in 1986) and Vo Xuan Dinh (born in 1973), all residing in Cam Binh Commune, Ha Tinh Province, who committed gambling.
After that, the Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province Police prosecuted 6 subjects for gambling. In which, the temporary detention order was applied to Le Van Manh, Nguyen Van Luan, Nguyen Duy Trong; the ban on leaving the place of residence was applied to Duong Van Phuong, Phan Van Hai and Vo Xuan Dinh.
