Accordingly, at 3:00 p.m. on August 14, Trung An Ward Police received a report of a motorbike theft that occurred on August 8, 2025 in Cho Gao Commune (Dong Thap Province). After committing the theft, the subject drove away from Cho Gao to My Phong ward.
After receiving the information and identification characteristics of the subject, Trung An Ward Police deployed working groups to grasp the situation. Through professional measures, the task force discovered the subject driving at Trung Luong intersection (in Trung An ward).
The working group conducted a chase. When discovered being being followed, the subject immediately fled quickly through many streets in Trung An ward, Dao Thanh ward and My Tho ward. At Nguyen Trai bridge (belonging to My Tho ward), Trung An ward police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of Dong Thap Provincial Police and Cho Gao commune police to control and arrest the subject and the evidence, a motorbike.
At the police station, the subject gave his name as Le Nguyen Tai D (23 years old, residing in Dao Thanh Ward, Dong Thap Province).
