Previously, on August 10, 2025, Cao Lanh Ward Police received a report from Ms. L.T.T.Q (19 years old, living in Can Tho City) about a motorbike being stolen in Cao Lanh Ward. Using professional measures, Cao Lanh Ward Police coordinated with My Tho Commune Police to conduct work on Ho Trong Tinh and Le Hong Phuc. Through investigation, the two subjects admitted to committing the act of stealing Ms. Q's car.
In addition, Ho Trong Tinh also confessed that on August 8, 2025, Tinh committed the act of "Robbery" of a younger sister on Ton Duc Thang Street in Cao Lanh Ward. The stolen property was a handbag, containing 2 mobile phones and many personal documents.
