On May 10, the People's Committee of Kon Tum province requested agencies and units to seriously implement the conclusion of the Provincial People's Council on the work of arranging administrative units.
Accordingly, in the immediate future, heads of provincial agencies and units are required to proactively coordinate closely and promptly with each other and with corresponding agencies of Quang Ngai province to effectively implement the " Plan to reorganize the apparatus, arrange the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers and resolve regimes and policies".
At the same time, strictly implement the plan and roadmap for arranging and handling public assets after arranging provincial-level administrative units.
The goal is to ensure that after the National Assembly passes the Merger Resolution, the new agencies and organizations will operate smoothly, effectively and efficiently; without interruption of work, no vacant premises, and no impact on the common activities of society.
In addition, Kon Tum province requires localities to proactively carry out the arrangement and restructuring of the commune-level apparatus according to the set schedule.
The province is also urgently completing and implementing regulations on criteria for evaluating civil servants and employees to serve the work of streamlining the payroll and improving the quality of the team.
Along with professional tasks, Kon Tum province is stepping up propaganda work to create high consensus among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
This is a key factor to ensure the political apparatus of Kon Tum province after the merger with Quang Ngai province operates stably and effectively, achieving the set goals.
