On August 31, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province announced that it will organize a survey to grant a real estate brokerage practice certificate in the province. The expected time is September 20 - 21, 2025 at the Provincial Administrative Center.
According to the plan, the exam consists of two contents: Basic knowledge and professional knowledge.
In the basic knowledge section, candidates need to have a firm grasp of legal regulations related to real estate business, land, investment, etc. At the same time, they must clearly understand the provisions in the Civil Code, Notary Law, Enterprise Law; grasp taxes and fees in real estate transactions and regulations on handling administrative violations.
Candidates must also understand the market and real estate valuation. The professional section focuses on brokerage services; processes, skills in real estate brokerage practice and solving real-life situations.
Each part of the exam is organized in the form of multiple-choice questions for 120 minutes. In each round, candidates who score 70/100 points or more will be granted a certificate.
In case there is a valid real estate brokerage certificate issued by a foreign country, the basic knowledge test will only be taken.
After the results were available, the candidate could not pass the re-examination for the part that had not been passed within 20 days and did not have to pay the fee. Each exam is only held once.
Previously, on August 26, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province established a Council for the exam to grant a real estate brokerage practice certificate in the province.
This Council is responsible for organizing exams, reviewing exams, marking exams and re-examination in accordance with regulations.
