On December 10, Lam Dong Provincial Department of Home Affairs announced that it had established a Public Service Inspection Team to strengthen administrative discipline and enhance the responsibility of cadres, civil servants and public employees in performing public duties.
The inspection team is headed by Mr. Bui Hieu - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs. The public service inspection team will conduct an inspection of the performance of public duties in the province. Especially the responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees and leaders of agencies and organizations under their management.
The team is responsible for detecting and correcting limitations in the implementation of tasks, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative apparatus.
In addition to the planned inspection, the Public Service Inspection Team conducted a surprise inspection.
Through regular and surprise inspections, the Department of Home Affairs hopes to improve the sense of responsibility, service attitude of cadres, civil servants, and public employees and build a professional and transparent administration to meet the requirements of serving people and businesses.
