On June 29, information from the People's Committee of Dai Dong commune, Nghe An province said that the Dai Dong Commune Public Administrative Service Center officially implemented the "Mobile Public Service" model, to support people facing difficulties in traveling when carrying out administrative procedures.
The model is implemented according to Official Dispatch No. 6051/VPCP-CDS dated June 26, 2026 of the Government Office and Official Dispatch No. 7703/UBND-KSTT dated June 26, 2026 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
Accordingly, for the elderly, people with disabilities, sick people, people in special circumstances or those who are really difficult to travel, officials of the Dai Dong Commune Public Administrative Service Center will come to their homes to receive, guide, digitize dossiers and assist in resolving administrative procedures according to regulations.
Bringing public administrative services to homes not only helps people save time and effort traveling, but also contributes to spreading the spirit of service, building an administration close to the people, close to the people, taking the people as the center.
When there is a need for support, people can contact the Dai Dong Commune Public Administrative Service Center or the village head to be guided and arranged for officials to assist in resolving administrative procedures at home.
