In the fourth quarter of 2025, KSB recorded revenue of 180.9 billion VND, an increase of 52% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. Notably, profit in the period increased sharply, reaching more than 40 billion VND, equivalent to an increase of 105% compared to the same period last year.
Strong growth in the last quarter of the year has created positive momentum for accumulated business results for the whole year 2025. Specifically, revenue for the whole year 2025 of KSB reached VND 710.8 billion, a sharp increase compared to VND 401 billion in 2024. Profit in 2025 reached VND 154.6 billion, nearly three times higher than in 2024.
KSB leaders said that the main driving force of growth comes from the strong demand of the market for construction materials. Specifically, revenue from the construction stone segment in 2025 reached 538 billion VND, and revenue from the industrial park real estate segment reached about 170.6 billion VND.
Currently, KSB is exploiting and doing business at Tam Lap 3, Tan My and Thien Tan 7 mines. KSB is also developing the expanded Dat Cuoc Industrial Park and Hoa Lu Industrial Park.
KSB aims to maintain profit growth momentum in 2026, with an expected increase of about 30% compared to 2025.
