Force 141 - Hanoi City Police promptly stopped a group of teenagers from gathering to prepare to participate in a fight.

According to information from Hanoi City Police, at around 10:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025, Working Group Y14 and Y6/141 are coordinating to patrol and control on Tranhat Chan Street.

When arriving at the area in front of house number 51 Tran Kat Chan Street, the working group discovered a group of teenagers with suspicious signs, so they stopped and checked. Through initial verification, the group of 5 subjects, all of whom were students, aged from 13 to 18.

The working group brought the subjects to the Vinh Tuy Ward Police headquarters for clarification. Here, the subjects confessed that they were planning to fight with another group of teenagers in the Tran Chat Chan street area.

According to the statement, this group had previously gone to the Hanoi port area to find and lay weapons such as knives, swords, and beer bottles to prepare for the fight.

Currently, Vinh Tuy Ward Police are receiving documents, continuing to verify, clarify the role and motives of each subject for handling according to the provisions of law.
