A company in Lam Dong was fined 90 million VND for violating fire prevention and fighting

    Lam Dong - Nhu Linh Company Limited was fined VND90 million for putting a fertilizer warehouse into operation without being assessed for fire prevention and fighting.

    On May 15, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai signed a decision to administratively sanction Nhu Linh Company Limited.

    The company is headed by Ms. Trinh Thi An, with its head office located in Lien Nghia town (Duc Trong district).

    Previously, Nhu Linh Company Limited put the fertilizer warehouse project (village 3, Loc An commune, Bao Lam district) into operation without a certificate or document approving the design for fire prevention and fighting.

    The above behavior violated Clause 5, Article 38, Decree No. 144/2021 dated December 31, 2021 of the Government.

    Nhu Linh Company Limited was fined VND 90 million and required to comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting.

    After completing the remedial measures, the company is responsible for reporting to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee through the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (Lam Dong Provincial Police).
