C (born in 2000, residing in Hung Phu commune, Hung Yen province) had comments on unverified information related to the case in the area, causing public confusion.
The commune police have conducted verification and invited Ms. T.T. C to the agency headquarters to clarify the above content.
At the police station, Ms. T.T. C realized and admitted her entire act of commenting on false information, and voluntarily removed the comment and committed not to repeat it.
Nam Tien Hai Commune Police made a record of administrative violation against Ms. T.T. C, with a fine of 12.5 million VND.
Through the above incident, the Police agency recommends that people need to behave civilly and responsibly when participating in activities in cyberspace, absolutely do not post or share false, unverified information or content that insults the honor, dignity, and reputation of organizations and individuals. All acts of taking advantage of social networks to violate the law will be strictly handled according to legal regulations.
