On the morning of April 23, Tran Phu Ward Police said that the unit had just organized a working session and signed commitments with motorbike and electric motorbike repair facilities in the area to strengthen management, ensure traffic safety and urban order.
At the working session, the Police force propagated and disseminated legal regulations related to the operation of repairing and replacing vehicle components to facility owners.
In which, special emphasis is placed on the following contents: not "modifying" or "processing" vehicles against regulations; not replacing or assembling types of spare parts and equipment that are not of the right type or do not meet technical standards and regulations for electric motorbikes.
Business households have signed commitments to strictly comply with regulations, not to assist in illegal acts, contributing to preventing traffic accidents and limiting the situation of illegally modified vehicles circulating on the road.
Phuc Trach Commune Police also just discovered and handled a number of students who arbitrarily changed the structure, increased vehicle capacity, and increased speed beyond the initial design, causing a risk of traffic accidents.
Immediately after that, the unit made a list of violations, invited students and parents to work to remind them, request them to stop the violation; forced them to rectify, and bring the vehicle back to the original design state of the manufacturer.
Coordinate with the school to organize for students to sign commitments not to "modify" vehicles, strictly comply with regulations when participating in traffic.
For cases of intentional violations, they will be strictly handled according to the provisions of law.

Phuc Trach Commune Police said that they will continue to strengthen patrols and inspections on roads and school gate areas during peak hours; promptly detect and handle violations, contributing to deterrence and general prevention.
Cam Xuyen Commune Police have coordinated with Cam Xuyen Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center to inspect vehicles of students studying at the unit. In which, focus on detecting cases of arbitrarily changing the structure and characteristics of vehicles for timely handling according to regulations.
