On August 10, Ha Nha Commune Police, Da Nang said that they had arrested Nguyen Quoc Phap (born 1985), Nguyen Dinh Thi (born 1982) and Nguyen Hung Anh Vu (born 1985), all residing in Ha Nha commune, to investigate the act of "Organizing the illegal use of narcotics".
Previously, people reflected that at Nguyen Quoc Phap's house, there were some people who regularly gathered, showing signs of suspected drug use.
Ha Nha Commune Police checked, verified and collected relevant documents and evidence. After that, the police agency detained people in an emergency, issued a decision to temporarily detain and arrest all 3 people.
The case is being further consolidated and handled according to regulations.
