The victim was identified as Mr. Hoang Van Don (born in 1981, residing in Mai Hong 1 village, Bao Ha commune).
At that time, while fishing on the Red River (in Mai Hong 1 village, Bao Ha commune - the area of the old Tan An commune), Mr. Don unfortunately fell into the river and went missing.
Immediately after receiving the information, leaders of the Party Committee and government of Bao Ha commune were present at the scene, directly directing the functional forces and local people to urgently deploy the search for the victims.
