HCMC will expand National Highway 13 to accommodate 10 lanes connecting Binh Duong
Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc has just issued a decision on assigning the task of project preparation and investors of component projects under the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13 (from Binh Trieu Bridge to the border of Binh Duong province).
This project will be implemented under the public-private partnership (PPP) method in the form of a BOT (Build - operate - Transfer) contract.

Hue receives 3 billion VND in aid to protect rare star species
On April 1, the People's Committee of Hue City announced that it had approved a decision to receive non-refundable aid worth more than 3 billion VND from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) of Switzerland, under the project "Showing up to protect Sao La and ecosystems for nature and people".
The goal of the project is to enhance the capacity and participation of social organizations in biodiversity conservation and protection of Sao La - a rare animal known as the "Asian lion".
