On April 10, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Dak Lak Provincial Police said that from passenger feedback, the unit made a record of administrative violation against a passenger car owner with many violations.
Previously, on social network Facebook, a post with a video reflecting that a bus company in Dak Lak province did not arrange the correct bed positions that had been booked in advance for passengers appeared.
According to the content of the post, on March 27, a group of passengers called T.T bus company to pre-order 8 tickets. Because the group included two elderly people over 80 years old, three women and one child, the group agreed to book 8 beds from the third row of seats upwards and was agreed by the bus company.
However, at 2 pm on March 30, when the group of passengers got on a car with license plate 47H-043. XX to move from Dak Lak to Ha Tinh, all previous commitments were not fulfilled. Three women were arranged to lie crowded in the middle of the aisle, the young child was pushed down near the end of the car, and I was placed lying on the floor at the end," the post reflected.
Passengers also said that the bus company left goods in the passenger compartment and carried more people than prescribed, causing them to worry throughout the journey.
After receiving information, functional forces intervened to verify. Through this, it was determined that the passenger car reported belonged to T.T bus company owned by Mr. T.D. T (55 years old, residing in Dak Lak). Mr. T was also the person directly driving the vehicle at the time of the incident.
At the meeting with functional agencies, Mr. T admitted the violations and voluntarily complied with the handling.
Based on the verification results, the traffic police force made a record of administrative violation against Mr. T for the following violations: leaving goods in the passenger compartment; not guiding passengers to sit and lie in the correct position; carrying more people than allowed.
For the above violations, Mr. T was administratively fined a total of 2.3 million VND.
