The airline has also had to increase 2 more trips on the above 2 peak days to serve customers. Currently, many people book tickets on August 29, bus companies have to be on duty by phone to update information and book seats for passengers in a timely manner.
Living and working in Da Nang City, Ms. Nguyen Hong Dieu (from Quang Tri) had to book a ticket 11 days in advance, depositing 100% of the ticket price to reserve a seat.
Worried that there would be no bus tickets out due to the crowded holiday, Ms. Dieu booked tickets in advance from August 19, returning home on August 30, 2025. On other holidays, Ms. Dieu also often books tickets in advance, choosing to go home by bus to save costs.

Having a husband treating a patient in Da Nang, Ms. Pham Thi Sy (from Kon Tum, Quang Ngai) said that the bus tickets from Da Nang to Kon Tum for the two people were sold out, so she had to stay in Da Nang until the evening of September 1, 2025 to have a return trip.
Ms. Sy even went "hunting", asking about the bus trip from Hue to Kon Tum, to return and return on many routes but still had no tickets.

"On August 28-29, the bus company sold out all tickets because customers had booked many days in advance. The ticket price from Da Nang to Ha Tinh is still stable at 300,000 VND/person.

At the same time, direct local police forces to strengthen patrolling and handling violations of passenger transport by car and 4-wheeled vehicles with engines; strictly handle violations of stopping and parking to pick up and drop off passengers in violation of regulations, the situation of illegal buses, illegal stations, and disguised vehicles in the management area.
