Previously, Trung An Ward Police received a report from Mr. Dang Ngoc Thao, born in 1999, temporarily residing in Hamlet 4, Tan Phuoc 3 commune, Dong Thap province about being robbed of 1 mobile phone while going for examination at a hospital in the ward.
After receiving the report, the Ward Police quickly verified, tracked down the suspect and arrested Nguyen Duy Han in Hau My commune, Dong Thap province. Through working, Han initially admitted: taking advantage of Mr. Thao's negligence, Han stole a mobile phone, then sold it to an acquaintance for 1.5 million VND to spend personally.
