Accordingly, Hoang Uyen Nhi (born 2007) and Hoang Ngoc Nguyen Tran (born 2008), both residing in Tien Phong village, in the process of moving, picked up a black touch phone without a SIM.
Immediately after picking up the property, the 2 children brought it to report and handed it over to Tuyen Lam Commune Police with the desire to find the lost person soon.
