According to Vung Ang Ward Police, on the evening of November 19, during a patrol to ensure security and order in the Ky Thinh Market area, comrade Pham Tien Minh - a police officer of Vung Ang Ward Police picked up a wallet containing personal documents and 3,382,000 VND.

Immediately afterwards, comrade Minh reported to the commander, checked the information and posted it on the Vung Ang Ward Police fanpage with Zalo groups to connect peacefully to find the owner.

From the collected information, comrade Minh quickly verified that the owner was Mr. Le Phuoc Lanh (born in 1987, hometown in Hue city).

On the morning of November 20, all documents and the money that comrade Minh picked up were fully returned to Mr. Le Phuoc Lanh.

According to Mr. Lanh, he works at a business in Vung Ang, on November 19, he went to the market to buy dinner and unfortunately dropped his wallet.

After receiving the property back, he was very happy and sent his thanks to the Vung Ang Ward Police and comrade Pham Tien Minh personally.
