According to the Nam Sach District Portal, on December 22 and 23, the Criminal Police Team, Nam Sach District Police had a meeting with parents and students of Phan Boi Chau High School regarding the act of disturbing public order.
Through investigation at the site and coordination with Hai Duong City Police, it was determined that at Phan Boi Chau High School, there were 31 students who showed signs of violating the law, gathering to race, disturbing public order, and using weapons.
The Criminal Investigation Team of Nam Sach District Police coordinated with the school to invite 31 students and their parents to the meeting, however, only 10 students and 14 parents were present at the meeting. Of the 10 students present, 7 were summoned by Hai Duong City Police and questioned for disturbing public order, using weapons, and driving large-displacement motorbikes.
At the meeting with parents and 8 out of 31 students of Phan Boi Chau High School, officers of the Criminal Police Team of the District Police pointed out the violations of each child; the family's management of the children. Violations and risks related to weapons, drugs, electronic cigarettes, fireworks, sky lanterns, racing, causing injuries.
The Criminal Police Department recommends that parents strictly control their children's time, motorbikes, electric vehicles, and phones. Do not give your children vehicles when they are not qualified to drive. Spend more time, strengthen management, and educate your children at home, and closely coordinate with the school and the police force to promptly educate them, and prevent them from falling into sin or violating the law.
