3 new scams in the past week, people need to be vigilant
The Department of Information Security (Ministry of Information and Communications) issued a series of warnings about new scams that appeared last week (from October 28 to November 3).
Impersonating the Vietnam Register to commit fraud; Fraudulently appropriating assets when buying and selling on social networks; Impersonating entertainment programs on social networks are some of the scams of these subjects; people need to be vigilant.

2025 enrollment plan of 3 major universities in Ho Chi Minh City
Some universities have adjusted their enrollment plans for 2025, including some schools that have completely eliminated the admission method based on academic records.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Hai Quan - Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University said that in 2025, three admission methods will be unified: Direct admission; Admission based on the results of the Competency Assessment Test organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University; Admission based on high school exam results.
In the 2024 enrollment period, member schools of Ho Chi Minh City National University will enroll students according to 5-9 methods (depending on the school).

Driver in Dong Nai without a driving license still transported 28 students
On November 4, Bien Hoa City Police issued an administrative violation report to a driver who did not have a license to pick up and drop off 28 students.
Previously, on November 2, the Special Task Force of Dong Nai Provincial Police coordinated with Bien Hoa City Police to patrol and control to ensure traffic order and safety on Vu Hong Pho Street, Binh Da Ward, Bien Hoa City and discovered driver N.V.H (50 years old, residing in Bien Hoa City), driving a passenger car with license plate 60F-008.49 carrying 28 students of Binh Da Secondary School, but did not have a driver's license.
