Fire at Mong Cai Border Gate, entry and exit are interrupted
On the morning of March 5, at Mong Cai International Border Gate, a fire broke out in the Bac Luan 1 bridge area, temporarily interrupting immigration activities.
According to the Mong Cai International Border Gate Management Board, the fire broke out at around 9am in the border gate area.
As soon as the fire was discovered, the border gate authorities deployed forces to put out the fire and evacuate people to safety.

40 locations for driver's health check-ups in Hanoi
Hanoi City Police have just announced medical examination and treatment facilities that are qualified to examine and issue driver's health certificates.
According to information from Hanoi City Police, there are currently 40 medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Hanoi Department of Health that are qualified to examine and issue driver's health certificates and have connected driver's health certificate data to the health insurance appraisal information portal to perform online public services.
Representatives of the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police requested people to conduct examinations at the above facilities and actively issue and renew driving licenses on the national public service portal to ensure convenience and save time.

HCMC expands 2- expressway access road to 8 lanes to eliminate traffic jams
Ho Chi Minh City is preparing to start expanding the approach routes of the two expressways Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay and Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong to 8 lanes.
The 55km long Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, including 4 lanes, has been put into operation since 2016 with a total investment of more than VND 20,600 billion.
The Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway expansion project was approved for investment in February 2025.
The project will be implemented under the public-private partnership (PPP) method, expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2025 and be completed in 2028.
The total length of the expanded route is about 98km, divided into two parts. The Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway will be upgraded to 8 lanes, with 2 additional emergency lanes.
