Hanoi will restore driver's license issuance
A representative of the Hanoi Department of Transport said that in the next few days, the Vietnam Road Administration will provide additional stamps to restore driving license testing activities in Hanoi (previously, this activity had to be suspended from October 19, 2024 due to lack of stamps).
After receiving the announcement from the Vietnam Road Administration, the Hanoi Department of Transport has requested driving test and licensing centers to prepare to resume operations from November 1.

More than 3,000 students in Dong Nai are absent from school due to flood waters.
On October 29, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong newspaper, Mr. Le Kim Huong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City confirmed that students at two primary schools and a secondary school in Phuoc Tan Ward will be off school today (October 29) to ensure safety.
