Tri An Hydropower Reservoir continues to discharge flood water through the spillway with the flow increasing from 320m3/s to 480m3/s tomorrow, September 24.
On September 23, Mr. Vo Tan Nhan - Director of Tri An Hydropower Company signed a document announcing the increase in spillway discharge to regulate the Tri An Hydropower reservoir.
Speaking to Lao Dong newspaper reporter, Mr. Vo Tan Nhan - Director of Tri An Hydropower Company said that to ensure flood prevention capacity, combined with the water level downstream of the river at Bien Hoa hydrological station having passed the peak of high tide and is falling, and at the same time not releasing quickly and suddenly to avoid possible impacts on the downstream, Tri An Hydropower Company increased the amount of water released to regulate the reservoir.

A woman was robbed of nearly 1 billion VND for installing a fake VNeID
Listening to a phone call from a person claiming to be a police officer, the 42-year-old woman followed the instructions, installed a fake VNeID and had nearly 1 billion VND stolen.
On September 23, Dan Phuong District Police, Hanoi, said they were investigating a case of fraud in which people impersonated police officers and called people, asking them to install fake VNeID software.
The subject sent a citizen a link to install fake VNeID software and then asked her to transfer money to the bank to pay the application fee.
The subject continued to ask her to scan the QR code to authenticate her face and transfer the OTP to her bank account. After completing the task, Ms. V discovered that her bank account had lost nearly 1 billion VND, so she went to the police to report it.
