On the morning of December 19, Hanoi City Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Cao Van Hung (born in 1973; permanent residence at Co Nhue 2, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi; currently residing at Dai Mach, Dong Anh, Hanoi, a subject with 2 previous convictions for "robbery" and "theft of property") to investigate the act of murder.

Gasoline prices increased sharply from the afternoon of December 19.
In today's adjustment session on December 19, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND20,244/liter (up VND383/liter). The price of RON 95-III gasoline increased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND21,004/liter (up VND408/liter). DO 0.05S-ll gasoline is priced at VND18,733/liter (up VND478/liter).
Prices of petroleum products also increased simultaneously. Of which, kerosene has a new price of 18,968 VND (up 402 VND/liter); fuel oil has a price of 15,903 VND/kg (up 329 VND/kg).
