On the morning of September 18, a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper had a quick interview with Mr. N.M.D (28 years old, Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi) - a victim who was assaulted when reminding customers not to smoke in a coffee shop, which is causing a stir in public opinion. The incident had passed nearly a day, but Mr. D was still shocked when he mentioned it. He said that at around 2:30 p.m. on September 17, a group of 5-6 people came to use the service at his family's coffee shop in the urban area in Vinh Tuy ward.
This was the first time Mr. D met the above group of people to use the service at the restaurant. Notably, there were 2 people in this group who smoked even though the restaurant had regulations and posted a sign "customers please do not smoke".

There are signs of insurance fraud in the case of nearly 500 cases of kidney stone thanging when the machine broke down in the Central Highlands
On September 18, the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health informed that the unit had established an inspection team to discover the case of hundreds of patients undergoing kidney stone surgery while the machine was broken at the Central Highlands General Hospital. Through the work, the inspection team discovered that there were 480 cases of laser stone cages performed at the hospital in the process when the machine was broken and no longer in use.

Of these, after screening, 255 cases of laser gravel canopy were accounted for incorrectly. These cases were deployed during the period when the machines were broken but were still being accounted for.

HCMC plans to pilot the limitation of students' use of phones during recess at 16 schools
The information is stated in the Draft Plan to implement the limitation of the use of phones and electronic devices during recess at educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City announced at the conference on the use of phones in schools organized by the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City on September 18.
According to the draft, the plan will have 2 phases. Phase 1: Piloting at 16 schools from October 2025 to the end of the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year. Phase 2: Expanding and officially applying it simultaneously at all general education institutions in the city from January 2026.
