Heavy rain will return to the North next week

On July 27, the North had hot weather, some places had intense heat, especially in the mountainous areas there were scattered showers and thunderstorms at night. From July 28 to August 2, the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with heavy rain in some places. Particularly from the night of July 28 to 31, the North had moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having very heavy rain.

Water levels downstream of rivers in the Northern Delta tend to change slowly and gradually decrease. On the upstream rivers and streams in the Northern region, there is a possibility of a flood occurring from July 29 - 31, with flood amplitude on the rivers ranging from 2 - 3m.

Heavy rain and red sand spilled onto the streets in Phan Thiet

The heavy rain continued for a long time, so on the morning of July 27, sand from the high hills followed the rainwater and poured down onto Nguyen Thong Street, in front of house number 300, Phu Hai Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan.

Unexpected test results of a girl rumored to have infected 16 people with HIV
