Police determine the behavior of the "general" in the case of a male coffee shop employee being assaulted
On September 20, the Investigation Police Agency of Hanoi City Police announced that it had issued an emergency detention order, an emergency arrest warrant and a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Long Vu in connection with the assault of a coffee shop employee in Vinh Tuy Ward.
According to the investigation, on September 17, Vinh Tuy Ward Police received a report of a fight that occurred at 14:32 on the same day, at a coffee shop in Vinh Tuy Ward Urban Area. Along with the police receiving the report, images of the fight were spread on social networks, causing public outrage at the hooliganism, as well as the behavior of some individuals related to the incident.

Passengers travel from 2am to Saigon station, waiting for lottery to buy train tickets for Tet 2026
On September 20, the railway industry officially opened ticket sales for the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year. At Saigon station, many passengers arrived very early to wait for the order, although the number of people coming to buy directly was not as large as in previous years.

Free health check-ups for 255 people with kidney stone surgery when the machine is broken
On September 20, the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health informed that the unit had reported on some existing contents in medical examination and treatment activities at the Department of Nephrology - Urology (Cestern General Hospital) after nearly 500 cases of kidney stone surgery were performed when the machine was broken. Of these, after screening, 255 cases of laser gravel canopy were accounted for incorrectly. These cases were performed during the period when the machine was broken but were still accounted for as usual.
The Dak Lak Department of Health requested the Central Highlands General Hospital to review medical records, record medical conditions, discharge conditions and verify the treatment methods used for 255 cases. These are patients who cannot perform laser stone massage services due to broken machines. At the same time, the hospital must proactively contact patients to check their free health status (clinical, paraclinical, urinary system) for all 255 patients.
