Priority will be given to paying bondholders of Van Thinh Phat case
According to information from the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Ho Chi Minh City, the Department has temporarily collected about 8,000 billion VND (the judgment enforcement money of Truong My Lan and other parties in the case to ensure the execution of the judgment).
After the appeal judgment (phase 2) comes into legal effect, based on the content of the judgment, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Ho Chi Minh City will prioritize the payment of the temporarily collected amount and the amount collected from the handling of secured assets to the judgment debtors (the bondholders) in accordance with the provisions of law.
In order to facilitate bondholders and related parties, the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has coordinated with Tan Viet Securities Company (TVSI) to guide the process of providing documents.

Long Thanh District Chairman Arrested, Police Call on Related Individuals to Report
On February 12, the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Nai Province Police is handling and investigating the case of "Violation of compensation, support, and resettlement when the State acquires land" related to the Long Thanh International Airport Project (Long Thanh Airport).
Initial investigation results determined that there were many violations by the Compensation Council in compensation, support, and resettlement, causing huge losses to the State budget.

Eradicate the trading floor "Fnory.com"
