On the morning of February 12, traffic through the Ca Pass tunnel area (Khanh Hoa province) experienced prolonged congestion. Meanwhile, the North-South expressway in the East through the province also began to have a lot of vehicles.
According to a representative of Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station (Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Traffic Police Department), at about 7 am on February 12, on National Highway 1, South - North direction, the section in the Deo Ca tunnel area experienced prolonged traffic jams. Vehicles lined up, moving very slowly. Faced with the above situation, the Traffic Police force mobilized maximum officers, soldiers and specialized vehicles to organize traffic diversion, regulate traffic, and support people to travel through congested areas.
