Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish an inter-sectoral working group on guiding and urging the implementation of the plan to exploit and handle redundant houses and land in the province.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Finance - will be the Head of the Task Force.
The working scope of the Task Force includes the People's Committees of communes and wards with surplus houses and land that have been assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage, handle, and exploit. The time and location of work are developed by the Task Force and specifically notified to the People's Committees of communes and wards.
The decision clearly states that the task of the Task Force is to urge the management, exploitation, and handling of houses and land that have been assigned to communes and wards for management, exploitation, and handling; and at the same time guide the implementation of building plans for exploiting and handling surplus houses and land.
The working group gives opinions on the proposal for the exploitation and handling of redundant houses and land in communes and wards to ensure compliance with regulations and efficiency; on that basis, clearly define the roadmap and responsibilities for organizing the implementation of the plan to unify the content of implementation. Regularly summarize, monitor, and grasp the situation of implementing the management, exploitation, and handling of redundant houses and land of agencies, units, and localities to promptly remove obstacles, guide implementation or proactively propose specific mechanisms and policies to achieve the goals according to the direction of the Central Government and the province.
In addition, the Task Force guides and proposes solutions to handle difficulties and obstacles for land and housing facilities that have not been handed over according to decisions and documents of the Provincial People's Committee.
For other arising contents, periodically every Friday, the Working Group reports the results of task implementation to the Provincial People's Committee.
