The contest aims to enhance confidence, enthusiasm, pride and recognition of professional contributions; create spiritual motivation, encourage and motivate cadres, civil servants and people working in the field of occupational safety and health, promote responsibility for work, proactiveness, creativity and intelligence, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of work, building an increasingly strong occupational safety and health system, successfully fulfilling the requirements and tasks of the entire industry in the new period.
The Organizing Committee of the contest said that the contestants include: Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the Judicial and THADS sectors; Journalists, reporters, and press collaborators; Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad.
Regarding content, journalistic works (which can be articles, videos, multimedia journalistic works) have content sharing and informing stories about real people, real events, and experiences in resolving legal situations from the process of performing duties of officials, civil servants, civil enforcement officers, and interdisciplinary forces in the process of resolving THADS cases.
Ms. Vu Hong Thuy, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Law Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest, said that the "Civil Judgment Enforcement Profession Stories" Contest has a special feature, which is that the entries can be articles published in the "Civil Judgment Enforcement Profession Stories" column of Vietnam Law Newspaper or published in central and local press publications during the Contest. The Organizing Committee of the Contest accepts entries from all types of press (Printed Newspaper, Electronic Newspaper, Radio, Television).

The contest does not limit the number of entries each individual can submit. The time for receiving entries is from November 1, 2024 to May 30, 2025. Contestants must clearly state their real name, contact address, and phone number at the end of each entry.
The competition summary and award ceremony is expected to take place before the 79th Anniversary of THADS Traditional Day (July 2025).
