On the morning of November 23, Mr. Tran Thanh Luyen, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Trung Ward, Gia Nghia City, said that a young man had just died in the area by hanging.
According to initial information, at around 6 a.m. the same day, Nghia Trung Ward Police received a report from local residents about a young man who died hanging by the fence of Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School.
Through verification, the victim (born 2007), permanent resident of Dak Ha commune, Dak Glong district, but the specific identity has not been determined.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hien, Principal of Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School, said the victim was not a student of the school.
It is known that this young man is learning a trade at a carpentry facility in Nghia Trung ward.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
