On the morning of March 27, Mr. Nguyen Van Trang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam N' dir commune, Krong No district (Dak Nong) confirmed that a young man had just died in a hanging position at a commune cemetery.
Earlier, at around 6am the same day, people going to the cemetery discovered the young man's body hanging and immediately reported it to the local authorities.
Through investigation, Nam N' Dire Commune Police identified the victim as L.V.T (born in 2001), residing in Quang Ha village, Nam N' Dire commune.
At the scene, the authorities discovered a green rope on the dome. Behind the victim was a black Honda motorbike.
