The discovery of the young man's body occurred under Ong Bo canal through Binh Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, on the afternoon of August 28, people fishing discovered their feet in the grass under Ong Bo canal. This person then shouted to the surrounding people and reported it to the authorities.
At the scene, the young man's body was decomposing, covered in grass, only his feet were showing off.
Upon receiving the report, the authorities of Binh Hoa ward were present to protect the scene, waiting for the authorities to come down to examine. By the evening of the same day, the young man's body had been salvaged to shore to perform forensic work.
It is known that the victim's identity is N.V.T (born in 1996, from Quang Ngai). The victim worked at a cosmetic packaging facility more than 500 m from the scene. Since August 23, acquaintances have not been able to contact Mr. T.
Currently, the authorities are investigating this death.
