Accordingly, at around 6:45 am, people discovered the body of a woman floating on the Cut River, so they reported it to the local authorities.
Upon receiving the report, Thanh Sen ward authorities were present to bring the victim's body to shore.
Through verification, the victim's identity was Ms. N.T.T (born in 1972, residing in residential group 10, Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province).
The victim's family members also came to identify the body to take home for burial.
It is known that Ms. T has Down disease, left home on August 28 and has not returned, and this morning she was found dead on the Cut River.
