On the afternoon of July 10, the working delegation of the Department of Building the All-People Movement to Protect National Security, Ministry of Public Security had a field survey, exchanged and agreed on contents related to the organization of the 2026 All-People Day to Protect National Security in Phu Quoc special zone.
The delegation was led by Colonel Tran Quy Truong, Deputy Director of the Department of Building the All-People Movement to Protect National Security.
At the survey, the working delegation directly surveyed Ho Chi Minh Square - the location expected to organize the key activities of the 2026 All People's Day for National Security Protection. The working delegation focused on assessing the conditions for the organization space, stage arrangement plan, areas for propaganda, exchange, and force demonstration activities; and exchanged and contributed opinions on ensuring security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, welcoming delegates and serving people attending the festival.
Based on actual surveys, delegates exchanged and agreed on many important contents to ensure that the organization of the festival is solemn, practical, meaningful, clearly showing the role and position of the movement "All people protect national security" in the cause of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety. At the same time, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity, promoting the strength of the entire political system and the entire people in participating in preventing and fighting against crimes, maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the Phu Quoc special zone.
Speaking at the working session, Colonel Le Phu Thanh, Deputy Director of An Giang Provincial Police, affirmed that the Provincial Police determined that organizing the "point" of the All People's Day for National Security Protection in 2026 in Phu Quoc special zone is an important political task, contributing to propaganda and widespread dissemination of the meaning of the all people's movement to protect national security, promoting the strength of the entire political system and the People in the cause of national security protection, ensuring social order and safety.
The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police emphasized that, with the specific characteristics of Phu Quoc special zone having an important location, An Giang Provincial Police will continue to closely coordinate with relevant units, proactively review and carefully prepare the conditions for organizing the festival; ensuring security, order, and absolute safety for activities.
Speaking at the working session, Colonel Tran Quy Truong acknowledged the proactiveness and activeness of An Giang Provincial Police and departments, branches, and localities in preparing to organize the festival. Colonel Tran Quy Truong requested units to continue to closely coordinate, carefully review each content, and ensure the best conditions for the Festival to be successfully held, creating a deep impression in cadres, party members and people.
Organizing the festival in Phu Quoc special zone is not only a practical activity to review traditions, affirm the great role of the People in the cause of protecting national security, but also an opportunity to consolidate trust, strengthen the close relationship between the Police force and the People, and build an increasingly solid people's security posture.
