On June 27, Phu Quoc Special Zone People's Committee (An Giang) organized the 2026 All People's Day for National Security Protection, aiming to continue to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc in the cause of national security protection, maintaining social order and safety.
At the festival, the Organizing Committee presented 140 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level. The gifts not only show the concern and encouragement of the Party Committee and government for the forces that are day and night contributing to maintaining peace in the area, but also are a source of spiritual encouragement and encouragement for members to continue to promote their core role in the "All people protect national security" movement.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee also organized the Sports Festival of the All People's Day for National Security Protection in 2026 with many exciting competitions and folk games such as: soccer, basketball shooting, stick pushing, tug-of-war, sack jumping and blindfolded duck catching. The activities took place in a united and exciting atmosphere, creating a useful playground, contributing to strengthening the spirit of exchange and connection between the Police force and officials, union members, association members and people in the area.
At the end of the sports festival, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to collectives with outstanding achievements, contributing to creating a truly meaningful "All people protect national security" Day, spreading the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the entire people in the cause of protecting security and order right from the grassroots level.
