One of the key tasks is to seriously implement Conclusion 123-KL/TW and Resolution 25/NQ-CP of the Government. This is the basis for unifying awareness and action at all levels and sectors on the key role of GRDP growth in 2025, creating the premise for the double-digit growth target for the period 2026-2030.

Phu Yen also promotes institutional reform, improves law enforcement efficiency, and improves the investment and business environment. The province requires a final resolution of difficulties in project implementation, promoting the disbursement of public investment capital from the beginning of the year, striving to disburse at least 95% of the plan.

The province will work with central ministries and branches to mobilize resources from increased revenue and savings in state budget expenditures in 2024, serving the implementation of coastal road projects, routes connecting to the North - South Expressway in the East, and Terminal T2 - Tuy Hoa Airport.

At the same time, focus on removing obstacles to mobilize resources for growth, supporting businesses to expand production and business, and increase the capacity of existing projects. Organize bidding to select investors for projects in priority areas such as energy, social housing, industrial parks.

The province focuses on administrative reform, creating favorable conditions for investment, proactively working with strategic investors to promote the progress of key projects such as Bai Goc Deep Water Port, Hoa Tam Industrial Park, urban areas, and social housing.

Focus on developing digital infrastructure, promoting digital transformation in priority areas. In particular, the model of socializing the management of relics and scenic spots is expected to improve the efficiency of tourism exploitation, aiming to welcome 4.5 million visitors and increase tourism revenue by 28% compared to 2024.
