From the beginning of July 2025, the Le Thanh Nghi Ward Public Administration Center, Hai Phong City, has officially been put into operation, marking a turning point in administrative reform and building a modern urban government.
The center is the unit that receives and returns administrative procedures in many fields such as civil status, land - construction, labor - war invalids - society, health, culture, security and order... The process of handling documents here is carried out publicly and transparently, helping to shorten time and reduce inconvenience for people and businesses.
The staff and civil servants at the Center are well-trained, working according to the motto "4 true - 3 no - 2 so ", 1 always smiles". Modern equipment systems such as search engines, electronic order numbers, surveillance cameras, and recommendation reporting boards are fully equipped to enhance the public service experience for people.
In the early days of operation, the Le Thanh Nghi Ward Youth Union actively supported people, especially the elderly and the disadvantaged, in handling and submitting documents.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (Le Thanh Nghi ward) shared: I am over 60 years old this year, often afraid to get my documents because I think it is cumbersome procedures. But the day before, when I went to the Public Administration Center to make a birth certificate for my grandchild, I saw everything very clearly.
There are young volunteers who give enthusiastic guidance, quick procedures, and do not have to wait long. I think such a change in the government is too good for the people".
The operation of the Public Administration Center not only facilitates people's access to public services, but also demonstrates the determination of local authorities in implementing digital transformation, improving service efficiency for the people.
