On November 5, the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward organized a field inspection of construction works on public land managed by the ward at plot No. 95, map sheet No. 85 (Vu Cong Dan Street, Thuong Dat residential group).
Through inspection, the authorities determined that Mr. Nguyen Van Canh had occupied agricultural land, leveled and used the land for purposes contrary to the law.
At the scene, Mr. Canh leveled part of the aquaculture land and built 11 solid, semi-solid items including corrugated iron houses, level 4 houses, a row of boarding houses, ancillary works and iron fences, with a total violation area of hundreds of square meters.
According to verification, these projects have been illegally constructed since 2017, seriously affecting the management and use of public land in the area. Tu Minh Ward People's Committee has drawn up a record of administrative violations, requesting Mr. Canh to immediately stop the violation, voluntarily dismantle all illegal constructions and restore the original state of the land.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Canh admitted to the violation, committed to stop business activities and rental of accommodation from November 1, 2025, and voluntarily dismantled the construction and reported the results to the Ward People's Committee before November 7, 2025.
The inspection and handling were carried out by the Ward People's Committee in accordance with procedures and authority, ensuring objectivity and transparency, demonstrating the seriousness and determination of local authorities in the management, protection of public land and urban construction order.
In the coming time, Tu Minh ward will continue to review and inspect public land, agricultural land, and interspersed land to promptly detect, prevent and thoroughly handle violations, contributing to maintaining legal discipline, ensuring urban landscape and legitimate rights of the people in the area.
