According to the survey report of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the situation of implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement, the whole province currently has 1,477 community digital technology groups with nearly 12.2 thousand members participating. The groups are established in 96/96 communes and wards, ensuring coverage of 100% of villages and residential groups.
Over the past time, community digital technology teams have promoted their core role in propagating and guiding people to access and use digital platforms and essential digital services according to the motto "going through each alley, knocking on each door, guiding each person".
Many localities have arranged internet at cultural houses and community activity points to serve the learning needs, information lookup and digital technology access of people.
Along with that, many good models and creative ways of doing things have been implemented and initially brought practical efficiency such as: "Community Digital Technology Team", "Digital Transformation Corner", "Each Citizen - a Digital Identity", "Digital Ambassador", "Saturday for the People", "Unscheduled Day", "Weekend to support digital transformation for people"...
Typically, Tra Bong commune implemented the model "September Day for the People" associated with handling mobile administrative procedures; the model "Supporting vulnerable people" and "One-stop-shop connecting public services with Tra Bong OCOP products". Duc Pho Ward implemented the model "Each official and civil servant is a digital transformation propagandist". Dak Koi commune built the model "Mobile Task Force" to support people in resolving administrative procedures at home.
Many other localities such as Sa Huynh, Sa Binh, Son Ky, Dak Pxi, Nguyen Nghiem, Dinh Cuong also effectively implemented models to support people to use online public services, install and activate VNeID electronic identification accounts.
Survey results show that the rate of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers in the public sector with digital knowledge and skills averages over 96%; the rate of students equipped with digital knowledge and skills is about 97%.
For people of adult age, the rate of basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills reaches about 79%; the rate of people confirmed to meet the standard of digital skills universalization on the VNeID platform reaches an average of about 88%.
